CS OR 2019 Wine Advocate 95-97

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Oakville Ranch Vineyard is a blend of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, the nose is redolent of warm black plums, black raspberries and blackcurrant pastilles with touches of lavender, dried Provence herbs and tilled earth. Full-bodied, the palate delivers mouth-coating black fruits with a firm, chewy texture and lively line of freshness, finishing long with an herbal lift. 150 cases are due to be made.
