The 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Missouri Hopper Vineyard has loads of chocolaty cassis fruit, underlying forest floor, loamy soil notes, medium to full body, light tannin, low acidity and a plush, well-textured, pure finish. Drink it over the next 15+ years.
