The 2023 Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep garnet-purple colored, it needs a little shaking to wake up scents of black cherries and cassis, followed by nuances of cedar, forest floor, Indian spices, and dark chocolate. Full-bodied, the palate is velvety and juicy with just enough freshness and a spicy lift on the finish.
