The 2023 Napa County Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 4% Malbec, and 4% Petite Sirah. Deep garnet-purple colored, it charges out with notes of cassis, black plums, and pencil shavings, followed by hints of camphor, black olives, and crushed rocks. Medium to full-bodied, the palate delivers energetic black fruit layers with a firm, grainy texture and great tension, finishing long and savory. YUM!
