A true beauty of a wine, it is delicious on release but will age well for 5-7 years. Elegant from start to finish, the wine offers rich aromas of bing cherry, cranberry, and orange peel. On the palate, juicy red fruit notes lead into violets, cherry cordial and blueberry compote with a long, velvety finish.

On the palate, flavors of succulent black cherry are complemented by notes of cedar box and toasted vanilla beach, rounded out with a lingering finish of rich cocoa powder. This wine shows great acidity, lush tannins, and impressive age-worthiness.
